Built for your Life

No extremes. No starting over. Just consistency that lasts.
Training, mindset, and a plan that fits your real week.

If any of this sounds familiar

  • Life got busy, and somewhere in it you stopped recognizing yourself.

  • You walk into the gym and feel like everyone is watching.

  • You've jumped from routine to routine, video to video, without a clear direction.

  • Eating has become a list of rules you're always breaking.

  • Underneath all of it: guilt, shame, frustration.

Your body carried you through your hardest years. It has been on your side this entire time.

So we're going to stop treating it like the enemy. Shame is a terrible engine. It burns out.

About Me

My fitness journey started in high school, where it was just massive amounts of cardio on a calorie deficit. I was constantly hungry and weak.During undergrad, I did a lot of reading online about strength training and how much better it works than cardio alone. I had no idea I'd keep going with it. Not just for losing weight, but for everything else it turned out to do.Grad school is when fitness became a much more pertinent part of my life. I was extremely busy juggling school and a part-time job. I was getting no sleep and everything I was already managing mental health-wise was spiraling. The only thing that kept me together was my weekly fitness routine.

Resistance training made me a better learner. It showed me that when I face challenges, they're temporary setbacks and not intrinsic failures. It built a confidence I'd never had. It changed my whole identity where fitness stopped being a short-term goal before the summer and became a lifestyle.I didn't always stick to it in the beginning. I relied on motivation and willpower, and both inevitably ran out. It took years to learn how to build a system that works. Then I stopped restarting and just kept progressing.During those years I wished I had someone to help me navigate it. Someone who could fight the shame and perfectionism in my head. Someone who would meet me where I was, not when I felt "ready." Because that "right" season never comes.

That's what I teach now. Training, mindset, and a plan that survives a bad week.

Training

Walk into a gym knowing exactly what you're doing. Progressive overload, RPE, real skills.

Mindset

From "I can't do this" to "why not me?" You become someone who trains.

Your real week

Life gets in the way and we adjust. On the Thursday you didn't go, you hear from me.

Testimonials

Three people. Three very different starting points.

Read whichever one sounds like you.

Al

I had tried to get in shape several times over the years and never stuck with it. Juliane took the time to understand what hadn't worked for me before. The routines were built around my needs and limitations, which is what kept me consistent.Over time I started noticing changes that went beyond physical appearance. More fit, more flexible, more energetic, and my mood improved too.[Read Al's full story]

Katherine

I spend most of my day at a desk and normally feel too tired to exercise when I get home. I'd try to start a routine myself, feel overwhelmed by the options, and never stick with anything more than a few weeks.Since working with Juliane I've worked up to training three to five times a week, consistently. She adjusted my plans based on feedback and how I was progressing. Now, even after a long day, it doesn't feel like a chore.[Read Katherine's full story]

Christine

I've had a handful of trainers over the years, online and in person, and never stuck with any past the initial commitment period. My greatest weakness is consistency. Then I broke my foot at the peak of my consistency, when I was hitting PRs almost every workout. Juliane overhauled everything and rebuilt my week around what I could still do. Rebuilding from zero is hard. It gets easier every time.[Read Christine's full story]
